Jim Walters

Jim Walters spent more than 30 years managing the architectural design of large, complex projects, specializing in designing sports venues as anchors to entertainment-focused development districts that invigorate urban areas. His attention to every project detail — particularly schedule and budget requirements — consistently resulted in extraordinary sports facilities and successful project delivery.

Jim was a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the world’s preeminent real estate development forum. He was also an active member of ULI’s Entertainment Development Council. In this role, Jim influenced the group’s focus on issues related to integrating large entertainment venues into urban communities with a focus on responsible land use and sustainable, thriving communities.
