With over 25 years of experience as an urban, interior and architectural designer, Germán’s expertise spans across every part of the design process. He is skilled in fostering client relationships, conceptualizing schematic design, managing project design development, laying master design guidelines and overseeing construction documentation, production and administration.

Germán carefully investigates the character of a place as part of his design process, ultimately balancing a cohesive integration of development and open space while still delivering on time and within budget. Part of Germán’s urban design approach is envisioning what he calls ‘the future greener and smarter fifteen-minute city.’ This phrase embodies his appreciation for sustainable design that is accessible to all.
