Sean Mongey’s collaborative design approach establishes a positive working environment from the get-go for project teams and clients alike. Sean’s design experience is vast, but his strong points include collegiate design, MLB and NFL stadia.

Meticulous by nature, Sean enjoys working through every detail of a project early in the design process to ensure quality documentation and coordinated documents at its conclusion. Sean has worked extensively in documentation and construction administration, equipping him with advanced technical knowledge and comprehensive project expectations.

He is passionate about maintaining open lines of communication and believes that a willingness to listen, learn and be flexible at the onset of a project is fundamental to its success. As a leader, Sean encourages his teams to seek resourceful solutions and collaborative outcomes.
