Scott Radecic
Scott Radecic has spent over three decades leading Populous in the design of major collegiate, NFL and elite athlete training projects. As an industry leader in the programming and design of sports facilities, Scott utilizes his extensive knowledge to influence all areas of project development, strategic planning, design, budgeting and project management.
Throughout his career, Scott has been a trusted advisor to both universities and professional teams. His experience as a National Champion and All-American athlete, alongside a 12-year NFL career, gives him a unique perspective to sports facility design. As an energetic visionary, dynamic leader and articulate communicator, Scott has led teams to unprecedented success of projects worldwide.
His project experience includes working with 13 NFL teams and more than 50 colleges and universities, including recent projects such as the new 60,000 seat NFL stadium for the Buffalo Bills. Scott led work on the new Huntington Bank Stadium for the University of Minnesota, the new Canvas Stadium for Colorado State University, the design for the proposed team headquarters and training facility for the Carolina Panthers as well as the renovations to Bank of America Stadium for the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC.
Scott’s portfolio includes the ADPRO Sports Training Center expansion and renovations for the Buffalo Bills, the new Champions Center for the University of Colorado, the Saskatchewan Roughriders Training Facility, University of Arkansas Football Training Facility, Penn State Lasch Training Facility Expansion and Renovation, the Jacksonville Jaguars’ Daily’s Place Amphitheater and indoor practice facility, and the renovation of Beaver Stadium at Penn State.
