Deb is an unwavering leader under pressure and strives for the highest quality of communication with the entire project team. A well-versed project manager, Deb excels at facility programming, as well as delivering projects on schedule and within budget. She has proven her ability to serve as a mentor to others and motivate a project team to excellence.

Deb showcases her commitment to community and improving the environment by serving on two boards, Development Code Committee and the Lawrence Sustainability Advisory Board. As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and Bridging the Gap, she frequently participates in courses to stay up to date on market trends and state-of-the-art sustainability efforts to integrate into the firm’s projects.
