Bob Gillcrist
Bob has nearly 40 years of experience in architecture, project management and operations. As Director of Delivery and Operations at Populous, he combines his passions for project management and teaching to develop and deliver effective programs and implement sound practices for the firm. His greatest strength lies in his ability to assess an organization’s operational and project management approaches and then implement tools and processes for improved performance.
Bob has a history of developing procedures, training and leadership for project management. He also designed web-based tools that allowed clients, consultants and contractors to interact more collaboratively on their projects. Prior to his current role at Populous, Bob founded Process Improvement Consulting (PIC). In his role at PIC, he provided similar insights and results to many clients and improved their position in project planning, negotiation and execution.
He has worked on projects such as NRG Stadium, FedEx Field, FirstEnergy Stadium, Bank of America Stadium, TIAA Bank Field, Gillette Stadium and Three Rivers Stadium.
