Populous Named One of Kansas City’s Best Companies to Work For

Ingram’s Magazine named Populous among the winners of Kansas City’s “Best Companies to Work For” list for 2019. The annual award showcases local companies that earned the loyalty of its employees and the respect of the business community.

Commended in the mid-size firm category for recognizing the contributions of “those who have helped it establish its chops as one of the world’s best design firms”, company highlights include Populous’ open floor plan in its Plaza office which encourages collaboration, time and money grants for professional licenses, a fitness center and an all-new learning and development system.

Created to recognize outstanding companies in the Kansas City area, Ingram’s “Best Companies to Work For” list highlights workplaces that offer strong advancement opportunities, benefits, collaborative environments and management practices.

With local companies eligible to win the Ingram’s award every three years, Populous was named to Ingram’s “Best Companies to Work For” in 2016. And just recently, coming on the heels of Populous’ most successful year in company history, the firm was also inducted into the Hall of Champions and named a Champion of Business for the third straight year by the Kansas City Business Journal.
